Spermatozoa is counted using a special slide


The number per ml and motility can be assessed

A drop of the sperm sample is placed in the center of the slide sperm-count

The top is placed on the sperm sample and viewed under the microscope

A special grid embedded on the slide helps to determine the number of spermatozoa.

 


The number of spermatozoa in a given area calculates the concentrationσυγκέντρωση.
